By accessing or using Jubblee ("Service," "Application," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Jubblee is a financial lifecycle simulation engine that helps users:

  • Calculate real-time daily spending budgets
  • Project debt payoff timelines using snowball and avalanche strategies
  • Monitor and audit recurring bills and subscriptions
  • Analyze warranty costs and manage asset lifecycles

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using Jubblee, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Financial Institution Connections

When you connect your bank accounts through Plaid:

  • You authorize us to access your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You represent that you have the authority to share this information
  • You can disconnect accounts at any time through your account settings

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal financial activities

Jubblee is NOT a financial advisor.

The Service provides tools and calculations to help you manage your finances, but we do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUBBLEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the Application.
